Argh stupid sugar! According the the Daily Plate, if I don't have anything else to eat for the rest of the day, I'll have about the same sugar intake as yesterday... But if I have my usual evening snack of an apple, I'll go way over! Lol. I didn't do it on
purpose, but I had a malfunction with my lunch and ended up having an orange instead of my usual veggies. Oh well, I suppose I really shouldn't stress that much over the natural sugars anyways--it's the added sugars that are screwing me over with cravings... Eating an apple certainly never killed anyone.

And beyond that, I stayed totally OP today, so yea!!
I'm going to set TWO goals for tomorrow, both a school-oriented one and a weight loss one, hehe. I have a big massive yucky paper due on Monday, and this is going to be a crazy-hectic weekend, so I want to be proactive and resolve to start that paper AT LEAST by tomorrow night (if not tonight!!). Additionally, I want to slowly start incorporating more exercise into my life, so I am also committing to doing my favorite Denise Austin DVD tomorrow (and hopefully tonight, too, if I have time

).
