  • My goal today is to do my cardio (whatever it may be) and to do my ab routine!
  • to continue being excellent with my eating for the rest of the night - no late night munchies. And to get a good cardio session in with some muscle work.
  • My goal today is to get back on the bike and do my weight routine too no matter how much the weather here makes me want to curl up under a blanket with some hot cocoa and homemade chocolate chip cookies and not move for the entire night.

  • For tomorrow: stay op despite a crazy busy day, where I won't have anytime! And ace my cost exam!!!
  • I am about to go to bed, and I am very pleased to announce that my sugar intake for the day was limited to: one (yes, just ONE) Luna Bar and an apple! Yay!! I suppose it's not 100% ideal, but it certainly wasn't a total trainwreck, either. I'll consider that goal "met."

    My goal for tomorrow... Hmmm... Well it is definitely final exam season around these parts, ladies, so I'm afraid I'm a little more focused on my schoolwork than I am on weight loss at the moment... But I can't keep setting school-oriented goals; that's not the purpose of this forum!! Hehe. Okay, so I'll make my goal for tomorrow to eat OP and keep the sugar intake down again (or at least, not eat any more sugar than I did today). Not the most creative goal, heh, but it'll do!
  • my goal for today is to not use the rain as an excuse to be a couch potato and eat all day. i will do 3 exercise vids (shred, 10 min abs, _____) and get chores done around the house.
  • My goal is to go out running today, went running last night (for the first time in a long time) and it nearly killed me lol. Baby steps though, right? Ultimately I want to be able to run as long as I want and not be tired.

  • Argh stupid sugar! According the the Daily Plate, if I don't have anything else to eat for the rest of the day, I'll have about the same sugar intake as yesterday... But if I have my usual evening snack of an apple, I'll go way over! Lol. I didn't do it on purpose, but I had a malfunction with my lunch and ended up having an orange instead of my usual veggies. Oh well, I suppose I really shouldn't stress that much over the natural sugars anyways--it's the added sugars that are screwing me over with cravings... Eating an apple certainly never killed anyone. And beyond that, I stayed totally OP today, so yea!!

    I'm going to set TWO goals for tomorrow, both a school-oriented one and a weight loss one, hehe. I have a big massive yucky paper due on Monday, and this is going to be a crazy-hectic weekend, so I want to be proactive and resolve to start that paper AT LEAST by tomorrow night (if not tonight!!). Additionally, I want to slowly start incorporating more exercise into my life, so I am also committing to doing my favorite Denise Austin DVD tomorrow (and hopefully tonight, too, if I have time ).

    Goal for today is a POP day!!!! This actually should be hard because I'm having a bit of a hungry day!
  • Goal for today: Go BACK to the gym, after leaving earlier when I just couldn't take it anymore, and finish my workout! 60 minutes of cardio and upper body strength training.
