ella- I am sorry about not losing. Trust me.. I am right there with ya! I even posted a slight gain this week! It is so incredibly hard to keep up the motivation when the friggin scale doesn't move. We can do this!

My biggest supporter is my BF. He loves me how I am now but he listens to me when I complain and encourages me.
Today I am proud of myself. I didn't get up early enough to work out (I am a morning person in terms of my work outs!) Instead of sitting on my butt all night, I came home right from school and went on the treadmill. I haven't worked out after school in months! Yay!
