    I was really expecting more with my increase in exercise this week...but it is better than a gain! GO RED TEAM!!

    Only 1 lb lost. Bah, I wasn't able to work out at my parents because I couldn't find the dvd remote, but I did it last night after we got back. My uplifting news for the weekend is my brother noticed my weight loss! My sister did too, but she knows what I have been doing so it was nice for him to mention it out of nowhere. Today will be my last day on level 2, I hope I like level 3 more because this one got pretty boring.

  • I'm so proud of you ladies. Losing weight is hard, but we all did it so far. I just need one more person to weigh in and we'll find out our total percentage lost.

  • Hey sorry about the lateness. I was at school till 8 and then came back here like 10 minutes ago.
    I'm at 184 . I definitely know it's lower than 185 because I was flush on the line at the beginning of the week...I'm at least 1 pound under that or even 1.5pounds..gosh I need a digital scale..umm I'll say 1 pound to be safe.
