  • Last night I completed 60 minutes on the bike, using intervals. I then sat on the recliner and promptly passed out for 4 hours

    Group total: 8126+60 = 8186
  • Another 90 minutes on the treadmill, and 15 mins of a sculpting DVD

    Group Total: 8186 + 105 = 8291
  • 30 mins DDR

    Personal total ~ 340 + 30 = 370

    Group total ~ 8291 + 30 = 8321
  • 20 more!

    Group total 8321 + 20 = 8341
  • Here are my additions so far:

    1/07/08 60 min walking with friends
    1/10/08 10 min stretching
    1/14/08 60 min walking with friends
    1/17/08 10 min exercise DVD

    Personal Goal: 40 + 140 = 280 (220 min left)
    Group Total: 8341 + 140 = 8481
  • 90 minutes on the treadmill (finally getting to the enjoying it stage), 15 mins with the weights/resistance bands

    Group Total: 8481 + 105 = 8586
  • 30 mins for me

    8586+30= 8616
  • 30 minutes on the elliptical and 15 on the treadmill - and I even managed to jog for some of it!

    Group Total: 8616 + 45 = 8656
  • I have been unusually thwarted this week and haven't exercised. I am behind in my exercise goal, but got 45 min weight lifting in today...

    Group total~ 8656 + 45 = 8701 min
  • I got in 100 minutes last night (10 minutes of WATP and 90 minutes on the recumbent bike).

    Group Total: 8701+100 = 8801
  • Walked the local mall on Thursday for 55mins. and today for 35mins. Total 90mins.


    Group total ~ 8801 + 90 = 8891

  • I've got 150 minutes to add since I last posted. I have been working tons of hours and going to school and I ended up skipping 3 days of bootcamp. Will try to avoid that happening this week

  • 45 mins WATP
    Group 9061 + 45 = 9106
  • Hour dance class Thursday, hour dance class this morning + hour and 15 minutes yoga class today brings my total to 770.

    The group total is now 9,106 + 195 = 9,301
