  • Winona, We have all fallen off track once in awhile, but it's good that you're determined to start over. Sweets are not forbidden to us diabetics but they should be in moderation. Your doctor probably told you that exercise is great for reducing blood sugar and how to monitor yourself so that you don't get hypoglycemic. We look forward to your posts.
    BB - Cream of Wheat is fine - just don't load it with sugar or other sweet things. Watch out for granola bars. Some of them have a lot of sugar and carbs. There is a brand made for diabetics - Glucerna. You might check them out. I found them at Walgreen's.

  • happy halloween maybe we all need a scare into getting back on track. my sugars normal. i was at a lunchoen yesterday and didn't have the dessert.
