  • Sum, I would say me three, but my day was fine until late in the day when in town I got struck by the binge monster. And I did not have my with me and was as helpless as that on the dinner table @ thanks giving. That is my story and I am sticking with it.

  • Went to water exercise. The therapy pool bully wasn't there...whewwww. Altogether pleasant experience when she's not there. Enjoyed myself inside while it was -20 below zero outside. My intention for the end of November is 148.

    Maybe I'll see a new low tomorrow. That would be nice...my binge did not completely throw me off, but has required a few changes for the week.
