  • I've decided to take a maintenance break for the next two weeks, so my new goal for this month is to just stay in the 180s! I probably won't be weighing every day as I have been, either. I'm be back at it Sept. 29, but I don't expect to see a loss at all this month.
  • Trying to get out of the 80's!

  • Thanks Marina! This was my goal weight but I think I'm going to go a couple pounds lower before I start eating maintenance. Hoping to post pictures soon but my full length mirror broke the other day so I have to replace it first!

    Oh, I'd love to see some pictures, i find them so motivating!

    It's common for people to want to be a few pounds under their goal weight in order to have room for weight variation. I'm so happy for you! I thought you'd hit your goal for the month and didn't really pay atention to the fact it was your GOAL weight!

    Funeral is over. Everyone has gone back home and I have just managed to lose what I ate since no cooking was being done this week. So I was eating fried chicken and whatever was brought to us.
    I'll get my exercise in getting my house back in order today. It was turned upside down. But it will be good to get back into my routine which includes having time to read the words of encouragement.

    Seriously? I'm supposed to be maintaining in Sept (though of course I thought I'd drop a few lbs while I was at it ) & I'm gaining. Okay, I know better than to be discouraged . . . but this is trying my patience
