I think I've eaten off plan on four out of the last six days, sometimes off all day long, sometimes just for one meal, but I'm having a hard time getting back on track. It's 2:30 pm here now and so far today I'm on, so I'm really gonna push...
but with my sister visiting this month it's been hard to diet (and not lose) so I've decided to maintain for this month until I muster up the courage to get back on plan. Still eating healthy though and my weight has been at 170.5 so no gain is a good sign?
