Have you tried any Blackberry running apps? The ones I've seen track your speed, distance, time, and even calories. I use a treadmill, so I go off of the speed and distance it gives me. I use a C25K app to know when to walk and run so I don't have to keep checking the clock. Good luck!
So, I finished another week 1 workout yesterday, and it was even easier than the last one! I am now comfortable with officially starting the program this Tuesday. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday will be my 3 running days. Bring it on, C25K!!
How is everyone else doing?
