Evening ladies, with the time difference I'm probably going to end up posting now after you've all gone to bed. =)
Things are going well so far. I've gotten my full workout in 3 days in a row now. I'm doing a strength circuit in the morning and an hour of cardio in the evening. I'm trying to build my endurance back up again so I can hang with my husband on the treadmill at the gym. I can't wait till the day that we start at the same time, I actually keep pace with him and he has to stop before I do. =) So going to make that happen.
I'm trying a different approach with my eating this time. I've always enjoyed being able to share a nice dinner with my family so I am, which means I'm just keeping breakfast and lunch small and saving the bulk of my calorie intake for my evening meal. I was never much of a breakfast person anyway so the only real adjustment is downsizing my lunch some. So far it's working out well.
Penguin~ I know how you're feeling. You keep sticking it out and work for it so hopefully if you need a wake up call, you got one. Good luck getting back on track!
Tavvy~ It is so fun needing new undies! Especially since I can buy really cute ones now.
It's a 4 day weekend for us so hopefully with him being home bumming around Friday and Monday it doesn't make me want to slack.
