I am staying on plan technically, but eating more carbs than I would like....had some mission white flour wraps and also a bit of white rice in a chicken casserole I made. Nothing too bad, but it all adds up on the scale at the end of the week. I weighed myself this morning at 160. Ugh. I really want to get solidly in the 150s. I've been feeling hungry lately, and that's causing me to make poorer choices in my food.

I refuse to be "certain" size. I only wear stuff that fits. -- I have many pairs of size 8 jeans in my closet and yes they zip up, but that does not mean they "fit"

....other one was when I had lost a little weight but I was on prednisone and I was so bloated and sad looking; I had been sick for a long time, and my hair had not been cut in 2 months and the color had faded...talk about kick in my butt (actually after that picture I went on and gained all back, because I was just so upset how bad I looked, and I had not been diagnosed with my gluten allergy at that point) 

Next 10 days will be trying times for me. I am doing a 24 fast today. I was done eating around 3 pm (yesterday). I packed in over 1800 calories and I am still full. -- I am really hoping this IF will keep my PMS cravings under control.
