Congrats everyone - sounds like we're all doing pretty well. It's so hard to maintain momentum sometimes. But, good weeks, bad weeks, we just have to keep at it!
The saga of my poor little scale continues . . . DH has mysteriously been able to get the old scale to work. But, since it's only working intermittently, I know it's on its last leg and so I bought a new one. I had DH weigh himself on the old and immediately on the new one so I could calibrate my numbers. We found that the old was coming in at .3lbs more, which isn't so bad. And now I'm at peace with the death of the scale.

Happy to report that I'm down 3.4lbs this week. It was a very easy week to stay OP - no birthdays or other special occassions. The family was getting into their summer routines and hardly around, so I really only had to cook for myself. I went to the gym every single day and really pushed myself while I was there. This was the first week that I really felt a difference while working out - not so winded, able to workout longer, and didn't feel like an old feeble woman when I attempted to get out bed the following mornings.
