5/18 done. Only a 30 min brisk walk but I am proud of myself for working in a mini workout on a day I usually can't squeeze anything in. Yay!

Scratch that! my plans were canceled and my husband is working tonight so I just did a Zumba video (10 mins) on youtube and will be doing a couple more in just a minute. This went from a no workout day to a pretty good workout day! That makes me feel so great right now.
7/15 c25K week 1 day 3 (fell behind..oops) I've been a bit of a slacker and haven't worked out since wednesday . but i have been more active in my day to day recently so even though i'm not working out i'm moving.
going to try to up it to 2 workouts on days i run (still counted as one). looks like 30 min of pilates later today
