Welcome! It can be hard to eat 6 oz of protein, I stuggled with that at times, but like the plan itself, you get used to it I guess. Good news is that once you get under 200 it goes to 4 oz. Any craving can be hard to get through, but most of the time, the longer you go without it, the easier it is to pass up. Not always, but sometimes. Instead of reaching for chips or whatever, drink a big glass of water and wait 10 minutes. Then see if you are really hungry.
