I will stay on plan today because I want people to notice I have finally broke my plateau and will get the rest off!! I want my brother in law who made ugly comments about me losing weight and then gaining it back to have to eat his words...its been 2 yrs!!
I will stay on plan today because I am three pounds away from my second mini goal - my pre-wedding weight - and that what I'd like the most for Christmas (or at least New Year's!).
because I was bad last weekend... and I'll be bad this coming weekend too (my birthday) and I want to leave some room for Christmas, New Years and my vacation that is coming in January....
So I BETTER be good during the week days!!!!
