I've been doing pretty well this week, but am still worried about my weigh in tonight as TOM has hit me really hard and I've seen a dramatic increase on the scale... I know that I've lost, but I'm worried that TOM will result in a maintain or small gain.
I've started making lists for myself of things I need to do every day, and marking them off as I go. All the things are based on what I think I need to do for weight loss to occur. I think the list is really helping me as big things on it are to make sure to track everything I eat, which I've been having a hard time with over the last couple of months.
