

Okay, well I will be back online around 6pm so I will put them in the weigh in thread then, if that's alright with y'all.
i appreciate the CPR haha. I would post here way more often if other people did, but it's not much fun otherwise. Swimming is really good, I'm not a huge water person though...I used to be so it's sort of a shame. I have been doing chin ups (weight assisted), leg exercises, and ab exercises everyday i work. i'm feeling a difference in how my body looks more so than the scale. how is everyone else doing? what happened to all you ladies?
