Where are my girls this morning?
TOM finally came so I avoided the scale this morning...plan to avoid it until Monday morning....hope I can do it!!!

HIIT sounds like it's a great way to keep up with the running after c25k! and 8.5..... WOW. nuff said. lol
I'm going to have a fantastic on plan weekend with no issues of feasts put under my nose. I'm like a wild card -- an immunity idol if you will. lol

although, if you really want to... that's cool too. lol. I felt amazing afterwards! I was all snitty (without much of a reason) last night and after getting off the treadmill all my negative auras must have sweated away. I stuck to the 6.0 run even though i kept thinking to myself that I wouldn't be able to keep up the pace. I think I'll have to lower it a bit for week 3. Just until my endurance and breathing improves. (yes i'm behind)

I feel like I may actually break this habit of a dessert type item after dinner. 4 days and counting (because what's the use of unnecessary calories right?).
I'll be sticking to plan even harder over the weekend so that I don't see the almost inevitable rise in the scale that happens on Mondays. Gotta make you ladies proud! Canuck power! lol j/k


oh my. that would be a dream. I wish weight really did fall off this fast on a regular basis because my motivation is sky high today. I was verrry close back on *flips through journal* June 14th when I was 170.2 lbs. Then summer hit -- i super enjoyed myself to the tune of 14 lbs. lol. The last time I remember being in the 160s was when I was 16 and I was probably a couple inches shorter too.
