Hey, Melissa - I notice in your avatar that you are blessed with gorgeous hair! (And such a cute face!) So, what product do you use in it? Like to keep the frizzies at bay? My 2 dd's have curly hair. One has very fine, soft hair and the other has dryer, more tight ringlets - but both of them are CURLY. So, I'm always trying out new products to see what gives them the cutest hair!

I did a cardio work-out with Bob this morning, hit the driving range for the first time this season for 1 hour and then went for a 30 minute bike ride before my weight-loss meeting. I haven't done much lately, so I need to get my body back into gear! I just hope I didn't overdo it today.

I apologise to you all now .. for what my weigh in will be this week .... I have had too much salt not enough water and im pretty close to TOM which isnt helping any.. at least i have kept my exercise going but still.. today im feeling ... frumpy lol... and its all round my middle.. and my boobs hurt too.. lol tom is just about to upset my balance.. i can gain up to 5 pounds when i get TOM... its all goes again but it will stuff up our weeks weight .. im sorry about that..

pintobean- our work web-surfing policy is don't, LOL, we can only use work related sites. Also, we can not use the phone or email for personal use either. We can not use the internet for stuff like this, and call it our break or lunch. Pretty strict, but then again, they work us to the bone, and overwork us, the unspoken motto is 'If you can catch up with the work on your desk, you don't have enough'.

^^^ Yes I agree, I work in logistics and import and the entire industry is suffering, our importers can't sell what they import, supplies to build houses, lighting for homes, -- because we aren't buying it - due to the economy - and fuel is crazy, we are being billed 33% of each delivery costs (that's doubled in the last 3 years)
