  • Yesterday, Mon., April 14- I went on the treadmill for an hour.
  • OK I am finally getting my rump in gear this month! WHEW!
    I did 75 minutes of weights/cardio last night, then did 45 minutes weights/cardio today again, and I am going for about an hour again tonight. So that should get me pretty well caught up on my minutes for the month....The way I calculate I should have 350 minutes already this month and by tomorrow I should have 330 so I will be close by morning.

    Nice going. The body was created to move. The world we live in today doesn't make us move a lot. You are going to see a difference in how you feel and how clothes start to fit with the added exercise.

  • Express weight circuits 30 mins, 45 mins of arc climber, sit-ups/crunches & stretching this am.
  • 20m weights, 50m bike ride and 20m pilates!
