Red Lobster can be EVIL. The last time I went I had a live lobster (no butter), which is quite low in calories. It was **** resisting those evil biscuits though.


I've been retaining water for a while now, due to the fact that I'm going through every girl's favorite time of the month
But, I should be safe to get on the scale on Wednesday. Hopefully, as far as a loss goes, I'll see at least something.. Though my weight loss has seemed to slow considerably. So I'm a bit afraid.

It would have been much worse if I had not walked so much at Disney World. Oh well, had a great time and I changed my goal to 5 pounds. I need to admit defeat to move on!
