Yesterday was pretty good I must say

I did have some french fries, but I didn't go over board, and everything else I ate was healthy. I drank a
ton of water, 4 litres, I don't know why but I was so so so thirsty and couldn't stop drinking. I didn't exercise or clean (we ended up going shopping for a co-workers baby shower instead), but I did finally get a hold of the gym and found a new personal trainer.
I guess my old one quit and no one bothered to tell me which I was kinda peeved about

but I had only seen her twice I guess and then it'd been like a month and a half (surgery, plus majorly busy at work), so maybe they'd assumed I wasn't coming back. Though I did call to set up an appt. and no one told me she didn't work there, they just said they'd leave a message and I heard nothing back from it. Anyways, I have a new personal trainer, bf and I have an appt. for Tuesday to train together, which is exciting. He's pretty competitive, which I can't decide if it's good or bad, I don't want to end up feeling bad about myself because I'm not doing as good as him, but on the other hand I always do better with a little competition. We'll see how it goes and if it doesn't work I'll just tell him I wanna train seperately and I'm pretty sure he'll understand.
So far so good for today, but I didn't get up till 1 and it's only 4 now. I had something that I made earlier this week for "breakfast" that I'd been a little afraid to try (I have good cooking moments and bad ones, so I'm always a little scared haha), but it was delicioussss. And healthy, even better. We're probably going to Denny's for supper though, so I'll just have to account for that I guess.
