Hey alll I'm done! WOooohooooo I only took one break--- but I'm going to restart the challenge tomorrow again with trying to stick to the weight watchers plan!

I am with you on the high stress and hesistancy to take on challenges (the ones I really need that is) but I will join you in one. I wouldn't want to lose you either! So, seeing as I did them yesterday, I will call this Day 2 of a new crunch challenge. It's a tough day and I shouldn't be home till late and there is no time to do them now before I run, but I will try my best to get them done tonight. Wish me luck!

Glad to have you with us. However....your first challenge doesn't fit the parameters. We have to do something EVERY day for 3 weeks (except for one to three pauses, which are added on at the end if taken). Please read the rather lengthy initial explanation on this thread's first page. You can tweak it. I'm sure! I want you with us, so here's to successful challenges, whatever they may be!!!
