My challenge will be to get on the treadmill for an hour on Friday and Sunday. I know I lose best when I exercise.

Melissa, I'm failing. I was supposed to walk Thursday through Sunday. I did not walk yesterday. I just plum ran out of time and gas in my tank. I could have walked after my Sister and BIL left last night but I just couldn't.
It's my job...do I get paid?
Vickie, don't say that you are failing! You are doing great. You can definitely keep up your goal for the rest of the week. Yesterday was busy but now it is gone! Enjoy and keep up today!
melissa, you can quiz me anytime you want. i need the encouragement. i did walk 2 miles last night. i think that makes either 3 or 4 times this week. i'm not sure if i'll walk tonight or not. i probably will during "ballroom bootcamp"
We aren't doing our long walk tonight. We are being lazy. I'm going shopping tomorrow so I'm sure I'll be getting lots of steps in. Hopefully we will do our long walk tomorrow night.
I'm not exercising tonight. I think I'm relapsing. I'll be laying on the couch watching the ballgame. First I'm going to make a smoothie so I can get in my last milk and fruit for today.
i'm still planning to walk during ballroom bootcamp tonight. those reality shows help me pass the time while on the treadmill. (but i've said that before, haven't i?)
melissa, i'm doing stellar in the exercise dept. today i did 1 mile instead of 2. tomorrow i plan to do 2. it's getting addictive. (i just hope this keeps on keepin on.)
