Mmmmm what I wouldnt give for a bowl of strawberries and cream....

I lost another 2lb YAY! Didnt weigh in for 2 weeks though - had a tough couple of weeks and majorly binged!

Its my annerversary this weekend - so we are going out for a posh meal.... hmmm. Maybe I'll have to fit in an extra gym day to work off the naughtiness

Never mind veg - football is always a good excuse, I dont want to think of the weight I put on during the world cup - why does beer have to be so fattening anyway? Its only made out of hops and yeast - It just doesnt make sense! People tell me to have a white wine spritzer instead of a pint.... its just not the same!!!

YAY 3 DAY WEEKEND!!!! Have a lovely one everybody

Well done Goth Girl, was worried about you, not heard from you in a while.

I am trying not to weigh in for a while, won't meet my birthday goal, my weight loss has slowed down, which doesn't bother me as I am doing so much more exercise I know I am gaining lean muscle.

Scales are from **** anyway

Hi Gals!

Yay! I'm maintaining.. mmm not exactly cause for celebration at my weight BUT TOM is still in town, so I might have a pound or 2 of water drop off in a few days...

OK, I weighed everyday this week, because I wanted to identify a pattern during TOM (Kyk, be kind! lol). The highest I went to was 19st 12.75 and this morning I'm back to 19st 11. The lowest this week was 19st 10.25 - so maybe I'll be back there soon...

Anyway, AT LEAST I'VE NOT GAINED!!!

hey BG! I weigh every day too, but I tend only to take a real notice once a week! I'm 12st 3 1/2lbs, which is 1 1/2 lbs less than I started this week at! I blame the exams!

I'm not sure what my tracker says.... let's have a look!

I too weigh every day, not because I'm obsessed - honestly - but because I used to freak out too much when I did weekly weigh-ins if the scales hadn't moved or had gone in the wrong direction. Now that I weigh every day I see that my weight can fluctuate as much as 1.5lbs up or down overnight, so I'm cool about the whole process.

On Saturday I saw my lowest weight to date (14st 13.5lbs) and when it showed up again on Sunday I changed my tracker (and crowed a bit in here, I seem to remember )...of course, by Monday my weight had rebounded to 15st 1lb, and was still 15st 1lb today. It's TOM (my first since I started on March 15th so I can't complain)...so I'm blaming that .

Kind regards, Janey

Oooh I'm back down to my tracker weight!

That's the tracker at the bottom! I'm not sure what's going on with the top tracker!
