Wed: bowled 3 games
Thurs: strength training circuit, .32 miles elliptical machine, 11 off-circuit machines
Fri: walked at least a mile in the cold (I think it's about 2 degrees here today), up and down the hill
So that makes 4 times this week so far!!

My exercise has sucked for me this week...

Thursday morning, tried to do Ramp it Up, but only did the first 25 minutes of it and got sick. Felt better by that evening and managed to teach a decent workout at church.
Friday- only a 2 mile walk
Saturday- same thing

I'll work on getting back into the groove of things next week.

Cindy- Yes, but I don't do them like they tell you to. I get bored with doing the same workouts all the time. I normally do the Ramp it Up a couple times a week and the Burn it Up once a week. I hate the Burn it Up, pretty brutal. When I'm doing good, I normally get in about 7 workouts in a week. I'll do 2 on Tuesday and Thursday. That's the day I teach exercise at my church, so I do a workout that morning and teach the church that evening. I like doing the WATP as well. But lately, I'm just getting bored with it all. Wish I could find something that is new and fun to throw in there.

Great ! I do the slim in 6 too but like you I tried doing the six week program and got so sick of the same thing every night. So now I just throw it in here and there. Actually I will be doing the ramp it up tonight. Those are rough workouts ! I also do the Watp ..I have so many different dvds of Leslies..I love her workouts. She has a new one with a step board and I think next week Im going to order that. My daughter keeps getting me to try the firm. She says thats very challenging. ( she is the one that talked me into the Slim in 6) . Do you do and weight training? I try to get in a couple of days of that inbetween my cardio workouts.
