Thursday- didn't do my morning workout this AM, was feeling non-energetic. But I will get a good workout this evening. The good thing about teaching exercise, is that you HAVE to do it whether you want to or not,lol. It'll be the usual...around 45 minutes of cardio, then around 15 minutes of toning(legs, chest, arms) and work on our abs for about 5 minutes.

Thursday - Ab Scissor - 45 seconds x 4

Friday - Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

I will be going to the gym again tomorrow and doing my Ab Scissor too.
