am I the only one in the 300s? I just started my journey and would like to chat and talk with other people that are 300 plus and wanting to live a healthier lifestyle and get rid of the weight. Today I am going to have a grilled chicken breast salad from the greek cafe and half of a very sinful cupcake since it's my hubby's birthday today. Then I plan on walking and doing DDP Yoga.
