Happy Sunday to you all!!! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!!! Mine...starting off okay. It's a little rainy and dreary...but it's summertime...who cares?? lol.

Today's plan is to hit the gym for an hour or so today. Don't really want to do any weights because i have a strength class tomorrow and don't need to be sore for that. So, think i'm just going to be doing cardio today. Treadmill and elliptical again. Also, have house cleaning and food prep to do today to get ready for tomorrow. Got to have a clean house when the mother gets here. lol. Also, since i'm going to the gym in the morning on monday and my bf has to take the car to town after i get back for some repairs....won't be much time for prepping before we cook out.

WEED for Sunday:
W- 64 ounces (or more)
E- 60-90 minutes of cardio
E- OP (not sure about calories yet....might start out at about 1400-1500 this time around...since doing so much excersize)
D- Keep focused on the pants getting loose.

Lumie- Welcome back! You must have heard the shout outs you were getting! Love your D. Wish my pants were getting looser instead of tighter!

MM- I'll join you for 6 hours this week. Already got 30-45 mins in. Now I gotta get the carb demon.

Jcat- payments are never what we think they'll be. How's the new truck? Sorry to hear about your cat. Pets really own us.

MTig- I think gardening counts for exercise.

JL- WTG on the exercise and new computer!

This weekend has been yucko for eating. I'm trying to pull it back together. The only thing is I'm stopping when I feel somewhat satisfied. I say somewhat because I only know I had enough when I feel over full! Any one see the Dr. Phil show on Friday? It was an update of people who have lost using his book. It seemed doable. Anyone familiar with the book?

No weed today because already I've eaten a pile of crap.

Wink

More working outside today. My back is killing me so i came in to take a little break. All I've done so far is clean up dead plants and weeds in a few beds. Man, there is a ton to do. Can't wait for school to out so I can get caught up and start new projects.

Lumi- The food sounds wonderful. I get so bored with my eating. I eat the same stuff all the time and I don't even enjoy it much anymore. It has just become a daily chore.

Jeni- Yay for the new truck. I understand about those payments. Yuck!!!

MM- Plant swapping would be fun. So would hula hoop. that is a lot of swinging hips.

grazer- My best advice. Slow down when eating. That way you will have more time to feel full, before you over eat.

Today was a good, if long, day. It was my mother-in-law's 84th birthday and we had a party for her here at the house. DH's brother drove in from Nevada, his daughter, her husband, and 4 kids were here -- 11 people all told. Our barbeque was used for the first time (niece's husband did the grilling) with a choice of chicken, hamburgers, or hot dogs (choice of Hebrew National 1-pt. hot dogs or regular full fat) KFC cole slaw, baked beans, canned corn, green salad, watermelon and homemade lemonade cake.

I feel really good about the choices I made today. I went swimming for an hour and actively *swam* while the kids horsed around. I had just one small bite of cake, no frosting, and ate a big helping of watermelon instead. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food and I sent all the leftovers home with the guests so there will not be cake or anything else calling my name while DH is out of town.

And today is the first time that any family members, aside from DH, have noticed my weight loss. My niece commented about it. I sent my old VHS Leslie Sansone walking tape home with her.

Dishes are all washed and I am tired. I'll be up early tomorrow to bid DH adieu and then spend some serious time in my sewing room!
