We need to keep bringing this to the top of the page ladies! So post away with anything you want to say....training...etc.
I am thinking of a THEME for the 5K following our Memorial Day one....It is a personal idea...I will explain when later...
My idea for our June 5K is "DO SOMETHING!"

I'll be doing the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5k on May 11, but I'm sure I'll be up for another one by Memorial Day.
If anyone's interested, there are tons of Komen races all over the country. Dates can be found on the website.

I'm in training-up to 3.5K jogging and 1 walking but doing it for endurance not speed. I'm adding 1/2K each week. And I shall take pictures of my 5K run. I have my route mapped out on my street. If I run back and forth, 10 loops gives me 5K.
