I did very well this weekend w/ food. I didn't overeat even once. I got some exercise because we slept upstairs and so I went up and down a bunch of times each day to get different things and make sure it stayed cool up there. The house doesn't have central air, just two window boxes, (one upstairs and one down stairs) so if you don't keep the fans going just right it'll be miserable by the time you get ready to go to bed!

Tomorrow, I'm going to start the coolrunning.com Couch to 5k running program. I'm just going to shut up and do it, cause if I think about it too much I'll talk my self out of it.

I want to join in. I'm 19 but since I saw a 21 year old that mean's I'm going to be here too! ^_^

I'm Shannon.
Starting as of today: 254.2
End May 2008: 209.2 (that allows a 4 pound loss through harder months like November and December and 6 every other month.) I would want to make it even and just say 200 but I don't want to stress myself that much. Even 209.2 would be smallest in my memory! That would mean I'd be 39.2 pounds away from goal then!

Daimere! Congrats on your loss so far.

100percentme- School's been that way for me too so far. I hope we can both make the rest of the year better than it's been.

So far this morning I've done well. I Exercised, ate breakfast, and took my vitamin. We'll see how the rest of it goes.

Your in my thoughts and prayers!

i was woken up this morning by my phone ringing.
It was one of my friends. She joined a gym a couple weeks ago, and she goes to the different classes offered.
YOu can go to one class free, so she has been wanting me, and our other friend to come with her to one of the classes.
Problem:they are both skinny.
im not
im want to go anyway, i just know that ill prolly be a little uncomfortable

Thanks!

See, sometimes I wish I had a friend to go to classes with at the Y. I'm too nervous to go alone. Even just once would help.

Do you guys have your families support on your weight loss journey? I find my mother crucial. I was even telling her about this goal and she said, "You'll surpass that at the rate you are going." I really love the sentiments but I don't want to push myself too hard nor set myself for dissapointment.

My grandma is like that for me. When I lost so much the 1st time (b4 gaining it back) we were walking a mile every morning together, and when we got back we made sure each other ate breakfast. I think we are going to have to start that again 'cause I'm having a horrible time getting motivated.

.9 pound gone. I'm not even gonna worry about my tickers/ It's better than gaining. I wonder if my TOM has anything for the lacking of loosing. Although now, I have to loose 1.5 pounds every week to reach my halloween goal.
