I love that 5 mile dvd also!
Are you doing all 5 miles during a workout?
I've only been doing 3 miles at a time - I just haven't had time to do all 5 mile - but I will get to it....eventually ;-)
I like doing the 2 fast miles and then the 3rd mile with handweights, but I also love to do the 2 fast miles (12 minutes + 10 minutes) and then do another 12 minute mile - that way I get in 3 miles in 34 minutes - wooooohooooo!
