The key is: rinse, rinse, rinse! I guarantee there will be NO odor at all if you rinse them properly. Tonight we had some left over Thai yellow curry and wanted to "stretch" it between hubby and me. Nowadays, when we eat out we always take half home. I mixed my 1/4 portion with a bag of the "fettuchini" style noodles and added some extra coconut milk and a few veggies. We both ended up with big portions (hubby had the rice) and it tasted GREAT! I am SO full and it was only about 250 calories.
