Default I need a question answered I am new

Hi I just started the SBD on 1-09-06 My husband was told today he is diabetic. I wanted to know if this way of eating is safe for him to do also.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Kelsmom

Tuesday-- Afternoon, Buddy and I were able to slip in a 1.5 mile walk between rain showers.

Wednesday-- 1.5 miles with Buddy.

Kelsmom,

This is a fantastic diet for diabetics. You are cutting all sugars and foods that spike your insulin.

You are posting on the exercise board and the best board to post on is the regular support board. Please join us on that board.

I got in a 1.5 mile walk tonight with Laura while Tom jogged. He runs barefoot in an office park near us, so we went along and walked around the lake while he did his jogging. It was fun and we got in quite a few steps. I have 8,658 so far for the day, so another 1400 is NO problem!
