A few years ago, there used to be a Somorsizing group...but they haven't had a thread in a long time. Do you have the book, and have you read it completely? This is the most important thing, if you are going to follow this plan.
Basically, it is a food combining plan.
i wanted to try that once... hmmmmm... i might have to look into that again.......
Did you see Suzanne Somers on HSN?
Did anyone see Suzanne on Hsn today? Her new book seems to be very informative. Is anyone somersizng?

Suzanne has a community board on her Web site.
I have done somersizing before and I lost the first 75 lbs by doing it. I have branched out more into calorie counting now, but I still think somersizing is great. I didn't buy any of the products that Suzanne sells, I cooked my own foods. There is a forum at Suzanne's website, but I never found it as easy to get around as 3fatchicks (or as supportive).
Good luck!
Congrats on your loss, Tammy! I found that I could not lose on Sommersizing because I chose to eat the carb breakfast.
Hi everyone:
I picked up her book this week at library - seems pretty interesting.
I am a new TOPS member but still following ww flex.
I thought maybe I would get some ideas from this book. Any tips would be appreciated - thanks.
Hi everyone - I was down 3.25# this week
Congratulations Bandit! I have to say that I never felt deprived when I was somersizing. Glad it's working for you.
Tammy - your pictures are incredible. Good job!
