i can easily get in 120 - 150 in a day but 200 sounds like the trainer was trying to feed you on a much higer
protein level that you really needed. even with my muscle mass (shich is qirwe large. I go for 1 to gram of
protein for each 1 lb of LEAN muscle mass i do when am very serious I have about 130 lb of lean mass so my needs are quite high. many very serious and i do mean very serious muscle builders like the competition people use sclase that are like 1.5 - 2 gamsp of
protein for each lb of lean mass. so actually i think that was a bit to high for your needs. unless you were trying to put on a huge amount of muscle mass!!
