Finally after 8 weeks of consistent strength training, the guns are starting to load up! (1/31/09)

2 - legs workout (strength) - 60 mins
3 - Cathe Friedrich Basic Step & Body Fusion (no run, snowing) - 70 mins
4 - push workout (strength) - 45 mins
5 - Cathe Friedrich Basic Step two times - 60 mins
6 - Pull workout (strength) - 45 mins
7 - Rest Day - Off

8 - (no run) heavy cleaning in the basement - 120 mins
9 - Legs (Strength) - 45 mins
10 - Power Walk (3.42 miles) - 50 mins
11 - Push (strength) - 45 mins
12 - (no run) Cathe's Basic Step (x2) - 60 mins
13 - Pull (strength) - 45 mins
14 - Happy Valentine's Day!!! (rest day - off)

I'm going for 1000 minutes this month, my second month of exercising! I also have a goal of not missing more than two days in a row of working out. I want to continue to improve my endurance; I'm up to 3.5 min jogging with 2 min of walking in between for a total of 25 min. I'll be adding my miles to last month's total.

February goal: 1000 minutes
Minutes so far: 453 minutes

Well, I caught a bad cold on the 17th, and wasn't able to exercise without coughing until today. I kept up with my diet and got right back into my endurance training today. Even though I didn't make my goal of 1000 minutes, I'm happy that I was able to increase my ability to jog from 3.5 to 16 minutes this month. I also increased my jogging speed from 4.5 to 5.0.

OK, here's the new month's exercise challenge thread! I was waiting for another to start it, but wanted to log my walk!

Goal: 800 minutes (in a lot of pain, so not counting on getting out a lot)
