I posted on the other thread, but DH and I did our 5K Friday night. We actually did more like 8K, and it took about an hour and a half.

Is someone keeping track how many miles/kilometres we are walking?

It would be neat to walk across the USA coast to coast.

Just got back from NYC today.
I logged 6 miles in Central Park on Tuesday - would have been Monday, but my sisters pooped out on me!!!
I ran 4 miles and walked the last two miles with my sisters and a friend.

I was #161, DH was #175 - we ended up just walking the 5k without any particular speed. Needed more of a walk than anything this weekend. I don't know how much time it took us as I wasn't keeping count, but I did wear my pedometer to make sure we got the full 3.1 miles in I think it was just over, around 3.3 miles.

So, we're doing this again, right?

Team 101 here... Sneaky, highly embarressed because I could of sworn I posted to this already Mom here. Sorry about that.

Family Fun day turned into Family Funk day. No one was feeling very good. Needless to say Saturday didnt happen. But Sunday did. Instead of grabbing the gang I grabbed that adorable mutt in my avi. We snuck out at 5:30 that morning before any of them woke and needed nurturing.

Our 5k turned into 6.5K ( just over 4 miles ) due to the fact we took a new route and I got lost on the way home. Getting lost really eats up the time! As does a big dog who needs to stop and read the doggie gazette, as well as leave a little commentary for the other dogs.

It took us just under 2 hours to complete. But let the record show I kept moving during his breaks by marching in place! That 6.5k could of easily been 8 or 9k if we could include steps. Why oh why wasnt I wearing a pedometer?!?
