2¢ worth from Minnesota here: my cc of choice is Land O'Lakes 1% (I think cc tastes a little better with the minimum of fat and a little sodium, I tried LO'L fat-free once and didn't care for it, and some other brands that don't have so much sodium taste like wallpaper paste :isn't there a yuck smiley?: ). I like cc on peanut-butter sandwiches, or mixed with tuna for sandwich salad, or just plain as a side dish; I don't care for it quite so much with fruit (I'd rather take the fruit on the side)
