Monday - YBB Cardio cabaret
Tues - nothing
Wed - WATP 3 miles
Thurs - nothing
Fri - nothing
Sat - Cardio Cabaret.
tomorrow - WATP 4 miles and house cleaning.

Next week I am back on track. ...
