268.4 today, which is down almost a pound from yesterday! I am pretty sick right now with the flu though, so I don't know how that affects weight.

I don't weigh daily, I weigh weekly, but I am jumping in anyway! Last Monday I was 266 and this Monday I am 263.2. Slowly, but surely!
