I’m down a bit and down 5 pounds for the month which, honestly, for me is super fantastic even if you don’t factor in Thanksgiving.

for next month my goals are:

stick with IF
walk every day...

I had pizza yesterday. It was worth it. We have a really great local pizza place. I don’t eat there often but I am never disappointed. If the scale goes up a bit... it’ll go back down.
