Had a fun day with daughter attending a ladies shooting clinic. We got to shoot shotguns, semiautomatic pistols, & high powered rifles.

This eveing i have just rested trying to get past this head...

hives ect or if it can be joint & inflammation.

Allergies may not be the cause , maybe it is just foods that cause more...
