I saw one "set points" food when I was playing around with it - lemon juice. I don't understand what it means, apparently, because while a small amount was 0 points, I put in something like 7 cups...

I agree - I think they are trying to guide people away from maintaining their unhealthy eating habits in smaller portions. I personally don't lose if I eat 25 points' worth of junk every day... But...

Well, you can still eat whatever you want. They just recommend that your points be spent on "filling foods" (the ex-Core foods). But yes, the structure of daily points + 35 flex stands.
