I am almost positive that you can NOT go below 1600 calories. Under that is dangerous and could cause your milk to go bye bye. I try to stick right around there and have pretty good...

right now my hubby works 6 days a week and is also on the fire dept, so when he is home 1/2 the time he is not home.
