Forgot to weigh in yesterday so I added my weight from today. It's that time of the month for me, weight has held steady with a small loss this week. Curious to see what my weight will be next week!...

Stayed the same as last week. Stayed under my calories but too much junk and sodium. At least I didn't gain.

Tomorrow's weigh in is probably going to be a bit disappointed. Yesterday I had peanut M&Ms and 2 flat bread pizzas, stayed under 1800 calories but I'm sure the sodium is going to catch up with me....
