Just wanted to add an update: I am almost done with my first week on Seattle Suttons. So far I love it! It's 1200 calories and I haven't felt hungry really at all (ok...ONE evening I did) I've liked...

OK...since my BIGGEST problem (besides lack of exercise) is portion control I have looked into this meal preparation company. Yes, it's really expensive. But I'm thinking it's cheaper than a lap-band...
