We got some good news last night. My new sil is getting the screw out of his foot tommorow. He will be on crutches for about 10 more days after that. I know he will be glad to be able to walk again....

Had a great week last week, got all my water in and exercise and calories were perfect..scales still didnt move...GRRR oh well I am not stopping !!! Iwill hit 90lbs surely within a few weeks of doing...
