need to convert this to fitday, help!

1 c cottage cheese
1 c egg white
1 1/4 c oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp splenda (or to taste)

This makes 4-5 good healthy servings.
