Can someone help me with the nutritional information for lean ground beef that has been boiled in water?

I cant get that information off of a calorie website since they assume I am just frying it...

Question I need ground beef nurtitional info

Hi,

I saw some nutritional info on ground beef before but cant find it.

I use 1 pound of lean ground beef in my meals, I cook it in water to get rid of the fat, for the whole pound does anyone...
